  • Customers receive free shipping on all subscription orders. Subscription orders will ship according to the cadence that you have selected when setting up your order.

    All orders ship with standard shipping.

  • All regular products are available for subscription orders. Limited-time products and/or flavors, bundles and sets are excluded.

  • Customers receive 15% off on every subscription order.

  • You will be notified by email approximately three days before a subscription is set to process.

  • You can cancel and/or modify your subscription order at any time by logging in to your account and going to the "My Subscription" section.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription is successfully canceled.

  • Yes, you can modify the cadence, date, shipping and billing address, payment method, quantity and flavor of your product (when applicable) at any time by logging in to your account and going to the "My Subscription" section.

  • If you have already added a credit card as payment in the "My Payments" section of your account, go to "My Subscription" and modify your payment method on the appropriate subscription order(s).

  • You can update the flavor of product on your subscription by logging in to your account and going to "My Subscription". To modify the product on your subscription you will need to cancel your current subscription and place a new one with a different product selection.

  • You will receive an email notification for out-of-stock items when your subscription order is ready to be processed. If you have any items that are out of stock, your entire shipment will not be shipped, even if other items are in stock.   • No. Promo and coupon codes can be used on your initial order where you set up your subscription but will not be accepted on the subsequent or recurring orders. Subscription orders WILL receive any sale or special pricing currently active when the order is processed.

  • Promotional prices, or sale prices, will apply to generated subscription orders if the order is processed during the promotional period. You will not be able to apply promo or coupon codes to your subscription order.
