Yes, Spark Energy + Focus is sugar free. We use Sucralose as an alternative sweetener.
Energy + Focus contains 120mg of caffeine per serving, about the same amount as an 8oz cup of coffee.
Sucralose is a calorie-free sweetener and is sweeter than sugar, so only a tiny amount is needed to provide the same level of sweetness as sugar. When we consume sucralose, it quickly passes through the body unchanged—it does not get broken down or stored like sugar does.
All Spark products are made in manufacturing facilities according to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines. Spark products go through extensive testing to ensure quality, purity and potency. We certify the products are free of contamination, harmful microorganisms and heavy metals and tested for identity to confirm they are what we say they are.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have special dietary or medical concerns, please seek medical consultation before consuming. For adult use only.
Yes, if you’ve got a busy schedule, you can premix Spark products and store them in the fridge or freezer.
The product is still safe for consumption. Powder products may crystallize or clump if any air or moisture (including melting from high heat) encounters the product. Just mix the powder thoroughly with water to dissolve the clumps or crystals.
Each Spark product has a Best By date on the package. If stored properly, the product will remain fresh until the date printed on each packet.
Energy + Focus contains 120mg of caffeine per serving, about the same amount as an 8oz cup of coffee. We recommend no more than two servings per day for energy and focus support. Please consult with your health care professional if you have concerns.
Promotional prices, or sale prices, will apply to generated subscription orders if the order is processed during the promotional period. You will not be able to apply promo or coupon codes to your subscription order.
You can elect to have products shipped every two, four, six or eight weeks.
You can cancel and/or modify your subscription order at any time by logging in to your account and going to the “Subscriptions” section. You will receive email confirmation once your subscription is successfully canceled.
All regular products are available for subscription orders. Limited-time products and/or flavors, bundles and sets may be excluded.
You will receive an email notification for out-of-stock items when your subscription order is ready to be processed. If you have any items that are out of stock, your entire shipment will not be shipped, even if other items are in stock. No. Promo and coupon codes can be used on your initial order where you set up your subscription but will not be accepted on the subsequent or recurring orders.
You can update the flavor of product on your subscription by logging in to your account and going to “Subscriptions”. To modify the products on your subscription you will need to select “swap this for a different product” option. You can also add new products to your subscription in this way too.
To change or add a new payment method, go to the “Subscriptions” section and select the “Edit Payment Method” link.
You will be notified by email approximately three days before a subscription is set to process.

Orders received by 1 p.m. CT Monday – Friday will typically ship on the same business day. Orders received after 1 p.m. CT typically ship on the following business day. Holidays may delay delivery.
